1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Description People Source is seeking dependable Machine Operators for both day and night shifts. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Machine Operators play a key role in maintaining efficient production while following all safety procedures and company guidelines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Load raw materials into machines as needed
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major concerns
Maintain production records and documentation
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
Previous machine operating experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required
Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime if needed
