Job Title: Machine Operator Night Shift


Pay: $17.50 per hour


Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 12:00 am – 8:30 am (Graveyard Shift)


Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Operator, you'll support daily production by working closely with your supervisor and team to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.





What You'll Do


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for
  • Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery to maintain optimal performance and output.
  • Set up equipment at the start of your shift, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
  • Inspect finished products to confirm they meet quality standards and immediately report any equipment malfunctions.
  • Review job orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications for accurate production.
  • Ensure labels match job requirements and products are moved correctly through the warehouse, then assemble boxes and stack products safely on pallets for shipping or storage.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or prior manufacturing experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with safety training or familiarity with safety protocols.
