Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: Neenah, WI
What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll help keep manufacturing operations running efficiently by operating production equipment, inspecting materials, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate machine shop equipment and mold presses as directed by the production supervisor.
- Feed materials into machinery and monitor the production process.
- Inspect finished pieces for defects and report quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Stack and organize completed parts and materials.
- Use a pallet jack to move products and units as needed.
- Assist with machine setup and follow instructions from production leadership.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance as required.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required eye protection.
- Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain consistent product quality.
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- A team-oriented attitude with good time management skills.
- Willingness to learn machine functions and receive training on equipment setup.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more multiple times throughout the day.
- Ability to bend, squat, handle materials, and push or pull carts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Comfort working around moving machinery and in an environment that may occasionally be dusty.
