Location: Acampo, CA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
 
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tractor Operator to support daily farming operations in an open-field agricultural environment. In this role, you'll operate tractors, apply pesticides, and assist with field and irrigation maintenance to support healthy crop production. This is a great opportunity for someone with agricultural equipment experience who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and other farm equipment to support daily field operations.
• Apply pesticides according to safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on tractors, farm equipment, irrigation systems, and fields.
• Assist with field preparation, crop maintenance, and general farm operations.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe operation.
• Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies and agricultural regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of tractor operating experience.
• Experience applying pesticides in an agricultural setting.
• Knowledge of farm equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Experience working with open-field crop production preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Hiring Requirements

• Pre-employment drug screening.

  • Medical Clearance for Respirator Use
