Pay Rate: $20.46/hr (1st Shift Base) / $23.94/hr (3rd Shift with 17% Differential)
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Duration: Continued as Needed – 600+ Hours

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking Machine Operators to support a fast-paced aerospace MRO CNC manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating CNC equipment, monitoring part quality, and supporting production of precision aerospace components.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate CNC machines and production equipment to manufacture aerospace components
- Load and unload parts, monitor machine cycles, and ensure efficient operation
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Identify defects and ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with basic machine adjustments and report issues to supervisors or machinists
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Support rework, deburring, and finishing of parts as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality standards in a regulated aerospace environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in a machine operator, CNC, or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with CNC equipment or automated machinery preferred
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
