Machine Operator / Molding

Responsible for initial start- up and processing of all molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Communicate clearly and consistently across the organization in a way that fosters employee engagement at all levels.

JSG is hiring a Machine Operator / Molding Tech for our client in Orange, CA. 

Pay rate: $18-$25 DOE 
 

As our Molding Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining molding machines, in compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. 

Skills:

• 2 year’s minimum experience in manufacturing and molding machine operation 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Responsible for initial start- up  and processing of all molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Participate in the set-up and sampling of the new, transferred, and modified molds
• Ability to debug and take corrective action on molds and processes as necessary
• Work with tooling and Process Engineer as required
• Communicate clearly and consistently across the organization in a way that fosters employee engagement at all levels. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure priorities are met
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide/propose required training to improve performance
• Focuses on driving safety, quality, and productivity
