JSG is hiring a Machine Operator / Molding Tech for our client in Orange, CA.

Pay rate: $18-$25 DOE

As our Molding Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining molding machines, in compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Skills:

2 years minimum experience in manufacturing and molding machine operation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Responsible for initial start- up and processing of all molding machines and auxiliary equipment
Participate in the set-up and sampling of the new, transferred, and modified molds
Ability to debug and take corrective action on molds and processes as necessary
Work with tooling and Process Engineer as required
Communicate clearly and consistently across the organization in a way that fosters employee engagement at all levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure priorities are met
Identify knowledge gaps and provide/propose required training to improve performance
Focuses on driving safety, quality, and productivity
