Wood Personnel Services is currently hiring Machine Operators and Mixer Operators in the Nashville area. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are ready to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. These are entry level positions and a great way to get started with an established food manufacturing facility.
Machine Operator / Mixer Operator Shift and Compensation:
- Machine Operator: $19.15 an hour
- Mixer Operator: $19.67 an hour
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available
Machine Operator / Mixer Operator Skills and Qualifications:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery
- Conduct quality inspections and monitor production performance
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation
- Operate mixing and blending equipment used in food manufacturing
- Follow recipes, mixing instructions, and production specification.
- Complete production documentation and assist with equipment cleaning

Machine Operator / Mixer Operator Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or food production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and climb stairs
- Ability to follow safety procedures, production instructions, and quality standards
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Must have reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
