Pay Rate:$18.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential opportunities for off-shifts.

Job Title: Machine Operator

We're looking for candidates with experience operating, setting up, or troubleshooting equipment such as:

  • Tsugami
  • Citizen Swiss
  • Nomura Noki
  • Swiss CNC Machines
  • CNC Lathes
  • Other precision machining equipment

Contract-to-Hire CNC Swiss Machinist opportunity with a growing aerospace manufacturer in Mesa, AZ.

Level 2: 3–5 years of CNC machining experience, complete machine setups, GD&T, blueprint reading, and Swiss CNC experience preferred.

Level 3: Advanced CNC Swiss setup/programming, troubleshooting, process improvements, and mentoring experience.

Overtime available Contract-to-Hire (520 hours) Clean, climate-controlled facility Excellent benefits upon permanent hire

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu | 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. (4/10s) + $1.00/hr differential 4 open positions. 3rd Shift: Fri–Sun | 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. (3/12s) paid at 40 hours 4 open positions. 4th Shift Fri–Sun | 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. (3/12s) + $1.00/hr differential & paid at 40 hours 6 open positions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of GD&T
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Manufacturing experience (aerospace experience is a plus)
