Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in automotive drive systems, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production team supporting manufacturing and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 2nd shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm; 3rd shift: 10:45pm - 7:15am

What's the Job?

• Operate semi-complex machinery and equipment to support manufacturing processes.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet production standards and resolve operational issues.
• Perform changeovers of equipment following detailed instructions and under supervision.
• Carry out TPM checks and activities to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Conduct simple testing and quality assurance tasks to ensure product standards are met.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read gauges and interpret technical data.
• Experience with CNC machining and robot operation is a plus.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours and work overtime as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
