We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with a background in mail printing and inserter operations to join a high-volume printing and mailing facility in N. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating digital print equipment such as Ricoh systems , along with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $17–$19/hr (DOE)
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Location: North Las Vegas, NV




We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with a background in mail printing and inserter operations to join a high-volume printing and mailing facility in N. Las Vegas. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating digital print equipment such as Ricoh systems, along with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.



Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mail printing and inserting machines (Ricoh or similar digital print systems)
• Set up, load, and unload machines with paper, inserts, and materials (lifting 30–40 lbs consistently)
• Ensure printed materials and inserts are properly aligned, accurate, and meet quality standards
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot mechanical or print issues and make basic adjustments as needed
• Maintain productivity, quality, and KPI goals in a fast-paced environment
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Complete production logs and basic computer data entry
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating digital mail or printing machines (Ricoh experience strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical components
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
