Machine Operator

Position: Machine Operator

Shifts: 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift

Compensation: $15-$18 per hour (based on shift)

Job Summary:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing setting. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines, while also meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements

- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to keep them in good working condition

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes

- Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment

- Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
