We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery in a manufacturing environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a safe and productive work area.
Responsibilities
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up machines according to production specifications.
Monitor equipment during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Load raw materials and remove completed products from machinery.
Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
Identify machine problems or product defects and report them to the supervisor.
Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on equipment.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Work with team members and supervisors to maintain an efficient production process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
