We're seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our client in Linwood, NC for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity!
As a Machine Operator in the Technical Logistics Department, you will be responsible for the precise cutting and packaging of particleboards using highly automated machinery. Your role will involve operating advanced equipment, performing quality checks, and working closely with team members to ensure the efficient material flow of particleboards.
This position offers a competitive pay rate and has a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule (rotating between days and nights every two weeks, 7:00pm-7:00am and 7:00am-7:00pm).

JOB FUNCTIONS: - Operate and monitor highly automated machinery involved in the cutting and packaging of particleboards
- Identify material defects and report quality concerns to supervision
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and efficiency
- Accurately record production quantities, downtime, scrap, and quality information in production systems
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area
- Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:- Experience in clear communication
- Understanding and ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with tools and machiner
- Demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work efficiently and manage time effectively
REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, and additional education is a plus
