Machine Operator

Essential Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a valued client s manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and taking pride in producing quality products.

As a Machine Operator, you ll be responsible for setting up and operating a truss rod forming machine, monitoring production, and making adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards. If you re reliable, safety-minded, and ready to put your mechanical skills to work, we want to hear from you!

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Machine Operator Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
