Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? Essential Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for a valued client. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining a truss rod forming machine while ensuring quality production standards are met.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency and product quality
Inspect finished products and identify any defects or inconsistencies
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment operating efficiently
Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
