Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM–11:15 PM

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator Lead – 2nd Shift:- Operate production and assembly equipment to meet production requirements
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain optimal machine operating speeds
- Complete product inspections, production reports, and downtime documentation
- Perform daily autonomous maintenance and participate in continuous improvement activities
- Monitor and coach production employees to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Provide day-to-day direction, training, and support to production team members
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Lead – 2nd Shift Role:- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate production and assembly equipment
- Ability to use basic inspection and measuring equipment, including calipers and micrometers
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to lead, train, and develop team members
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Ability to follow verbal and written work and safety instructions, operate a forklift, work collaboratively with team members, and work overtime as needed
