This is a manufacturing/machine operator position focused on producing wire and wire products. The role involves setting up, operating, and adjusting production equipment, monitoring production schedules, and working closely with maintenance and supervisors to resolve equipment or material issues. Employees are also expected to maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, adjust, and operate assigned machines and auxiliary equipment to produce wire and wire products.
Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine or material issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Read, understand, and follow the production schedule.
Ability to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Capability to become certified and operate a forklift safely.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check, drug/alcohol screening, and physical examination.
Must be at least 18 years old due to the work environment.
