Shift: 2nd shift, Mon. - Fri. 2pm-10pm

• Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping and applying adhesive.
• Trim finished rubber parts.
• Operate extruders and other machines as they relate to the preparation of raw material.
• Maintenance of equipment and raw materials requirements as established on the Production Order.
• Follows Cameron’s Quality Policy to ensure the production of quality parts.
• Trains other employees and imparts personal knowledge of parts, procedures, machines, etc.
• Perform various other duties and activities within the physical constraints of the job.

Experience & Skills
Required / Core Skills

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Safety-first mindset; strict adherence to HSE rules
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Exposure to rubber molding, machine operation, or production equipment
• Experience using hand tools (knives, grinders)
• Familiarity with production or shop-floor processes

Education

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED

Shift / Hours

• Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Training

• All training is provided locally

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Items over 50 lbs require mechanical assistance (cranes) or team lifting

Safety

• Strong emphasis on HSE compliance
• Steel-toe shoes required
