Required Experience & Skills

• Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong willingness to learn machine operation and grow within the company
• Dependable attendance and stable work history REQUIRED
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Reliable transportation and punctuality preferred




Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support daily machine shop and production operations
• Learn and operate machinery and production equipment after training
• Assist with material handling and general production support tasks
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and output goals
• Support overtime production needs when required
• Assist with additional shop duties as assigned
