Pay: $18.40 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, including weekends and overtime as needed

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Fresno, CA. This role involves operating industrial equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machines according to work order specifications
• Inspect and verify products before processing to ensure quality standards are met
• Record measurements and data accurately using weighing scales and data entry tools
• Identify, record, and segregate scrap or non-conforming materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following safety protocols
• Support production efficiency by following detailed work instructions
• Use material identification tags for proper handling and processing of materials
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and inspections

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of machine operation experience
• Ability to inspect and verify products prior to processing
• Proficient in operating weighing scales and recording measurements accurately
• Skilled in identifying, recording, and segregating scrap or non-conforming materials
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to/from Fresno, CA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with material identification tags and data entry systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Manufacturing machinery and equipment used in production
• Weighing scales for measurement and quality verification
• Material identification tags and data entry systems

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual handling in a manufacturing setting
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work area
