Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 12-hour shifts

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate and monitor tufting machines in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards, performing basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will be capable of working full 12-hour shifts and standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tufting machines safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality standards during production
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments as needed
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Support the manufacturing process to ensure machinery runs smoothly and efficiently
• Assist with general manufacturing tasks related to machine operation
• Document production and maintenance activities as required

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Previous manufacturing or tufting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good attendance
• Ability to operate and monitor tufting machinery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed during the shift
• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs
