We are looking for Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18.50
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday to Friday; Overtime available on Saturdays
Key Responsibilities: Qualifications:
- Set up and operate Ink Press, Router Cable, Router Press, Router Printing with Auto Press, and Punch Press equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Load materials and components into machines according to production requirements.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Complete production records, quality checks, and operational documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with machine changeovers and setup adjustments for different production runs.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, squat, bend for prolonged periods, and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
