Position SummaryThe Operator I is responsible for operating converting equipment, performing quality inspections, recording production information, and ensuring finished products meet customer and company requirements. This position works closely with teammates to maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards throughout the production process.Key Responsibilities

Operate converting equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor product quality and perform quality inspectionsRecord production information and complete required documentationPackage, label, and palletize finished goodsFollow all safety procedures and work instructionsAssist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as neededMaintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principlesSupport continuous improvement initiativesWork collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals
