Key Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor machines to produce products according to specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor troubleshooting.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Accurately record production data, including materials used, products produced, and any issues encountered.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any production challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine operations and troubleshooting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in production.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
