Job Title: Production Machine Operator
Shift: First Shift (Start Time: 6:00 AM-No set end time; flexibility required based on production needs )
Pay: $18/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and programming production machinery, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting production needs in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate production machines according to specifications
- Monitor equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operation
- Add ingredients to machines as needed during production
- Troubleshoot minor issues and report any mechanical concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift
- Capable of carrying heavy lugs up a short set of steps (approximately 3 steps)
- Comfortable working long hours with no set end time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor processes
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine programming
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
