As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating spray drying equipment, utilizing HMI screens, entering production recipes, adjusting machine speeds, and ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate spray dryers and other production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Use HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens to enter recipes and adjust machine settings
  • Monitor equipment performance and production output
  • Start up and shut down equipment to meet production schedules
  • Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures on dryers and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate concerns to leadership
  • Work collaboratively with production and support teams to achieve daily goals
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent machine operating experience
  • Experience working with HMI screens required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift between 5–50 lbs. throughout the shift
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
