Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery, following production instructions, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to established procedures.
Load and unload materials and finished products from machines.
Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Measure materials and finished products using appropriate measuring tools.
Follow production orders, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Identify equipment malfunctions or production issues and report them to a supervisor.
Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial manufacturing facility. Employees may be exposed to loud machinery, metal materials, and varying temperatures. Proper safety equipment must be worn at all times.
