At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Night Machine Operator based in Fort Worth!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- You are willing and able to perform all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging).
- Unless otherwise directed by management, machine operators will rotate among themselves and be responsible for the designated line.
- You will be responsible for minor repairs and adjustments
- You will assist in training of operators
- You will consult with management in developing, improving, and modifying standard operating procedures (SOP's) and training manuals
- You will work in conjunction with maintenance on maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within business units
- You will help in establishment of equipment set points
- You will appropriate bargaining unit duties as assigned
