What You'll Do as a Machine Operator - Extruder:- Operate extrusion line equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
- Load and handle production materials used in cable manufacturing
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records
- Perform equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator - Extruder Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn extrusion equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
- Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work a weekend schedule and maintain reliable attendance
