Description

Job Title: Machine Operator - Early Weekend
Pay: $22.00 $24.00/hour
Hours: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM Friday-Sunday (36 hours)
Location: Montgomeryville, PA 18936

Overview
Seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate specialized production equipment used to finish plastic cards and sheets. This facility offers a clean, bright, modern, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. Previous machine operator experience is not required; candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.


Required Skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools
  • Ability to follow SOPs and detailed job specifications
  • Strong attention to quality and detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to distinguish colors across the full color spectrum
  • Safety shoes required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Job Description
  • Operate and monitor specialized production machinery.
  • Inspect output to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Make basic machine adjustments using hand tools.
  • Review job specifications and production requirements.
  • Complete required paperwork and data entry.
  • Identify and report equipment, quality, or production issues.
  • Perform routine operator maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate machine status information during production and shift transitions.
  • Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist other operators and production departments as needed.
Preferred Skills
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Production machinery experience preferred.
  • Experience with calipers is a plus.
