Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.60 per hour ($16/hr. + 10% shift differential)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn machining concepts, shop mathematics, and blueprint reading

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation environments preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good work ethic and dependable attendance required

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Duties

• Learn CNC machining fundamentals, industrial math, and blueprint reading
• Receive hands-on training from experienced trainers and team leaders
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts from CNC machines
• Perform basic deburring and finishing operations
• Assist with sawing, drilling, machining, and material handling activities
• Learn the safe operation of lathes, milling machines, routers, and related equipment
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and operating procedures
• Inspect work and maintain quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Machine Operator supports manufacturing by operating production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.

A successful Machine Operator understands machine operation, product inspection, material handling, and equipment monitoring while maintaining productivity and workplace safety. Reliable performance contributes directly to manufacturing success.
