Machine Operator – 1st Shift Lewiston, ME | $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Looking for a stable, full-time manufacturing opportunity? We're hiring Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Lewiston that produces printed materials including books, catalogs, and promotional products.

If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and want to grow your manufacturing skills, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
  • Load materials and keep machines supplied throughout the shift
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
  • Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Team player with a positive attitude
