3rd Shift Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing
Location: Garland, TX
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: Full-Time | Must be flexible to work weekends

LSI is hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our 3rd shift team in Garland, TX. If you have experience working with machinery in a food manufacturing or food production environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are met
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Complete production paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and follow production schedules
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

Job Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience in food manufacturing is required
• Ability to work 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Must be flexible and available to work weekends as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation requirements
