What You’ll Do


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Loading raw wire and operating heading machines, making necessary adjustments for quality and efficiency
• Reading blueprints and measuring parts with gauges to ensure products meet quality standards
• Learning to change machine tooling such as dies and punches, and performing basic equipment maintenance like checking oil levels
• Safely operating a forklift, with training and licensing provided
• Using a computer to review job sheets and log production data accurately
• Maintaining a clean work station and following all safety and housekeeping protocols

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk around the plant floor, and lift up to 40 lbs.
