Machine Operator

Our client, a family-owned manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the ability to work as part of a team to keep production moving smoothly.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels to support production.
• Follow all quality and safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE and hair nets in designated areas.
• Switch machines for different products and troubleshoot minor issues to keep things running.
• Track downtime and report any issues related to quality or equipment performance.
• Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines while working closely with your team.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED (or actively working toward it).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 40 lbs regularly; be on your feet for long periods.
• Good eyesight, including color and depth perception, and the ability to repeat tasks accurately.
• Strong communication skills to understand instructions and write clearly when needed.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety rules; team-focused attitude.
