LINK Staffing is hiring experienced Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing operation in Carrollton, TX. This is a hands-on production opportunity for candidates with machine operation experience who are looking for a temp-to-hire position, consistent 40-hour weeks, overtime potential, and long-term growth.

Pay- $18.80 - $20.80/HR

Available Day Shifts

• Sunday–Tuesday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM

OR

• Thursday–Saturday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM

Available Night Shifts

• Sunday–Tuesday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Wednesday: 6:00 PM–12:00 AM

OR

• Thursday–Saturday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Wednesday: 12:00 AM–6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Perform machine changeovers and make adjustments as required for production
• Conduct routine quality checks using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with solutions to minimize production interruptions
• Accurately document production and quality data
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following established safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Previous Machine Operator or similar manufacturing experience required
• Must be able to work in a hot manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
• Experience with machine tooling and equipment changeovers
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to perform required quality-control checks and follow production specifications
• Ability to safely perform physical production work throughout the scheduled shift
