SummaryOperate and maintain printers perform basic maintenance prepare machines for production and media blast printed parts according to job specifications. Ensure parts are properly cleaned powder-free and meet quality standards.As a Machine Operator you will· Operate maintain and prepare 3D MJF printers processing stations and build units for production.· Work closely with Project Technicians Machine Technicians Leads and the Finishing Department.· Ensure printers meet uptime and productivity OEE requirements.· Perform media blasting and post-processing tasks according to job sheets and drawings.· Inspect parts for quality verify features and identify defects.· Report equipment issues and notify leads of any questionable parts.· Maintain equipment media levels and a clean work area.· Follow all safety procedures and promote a positive team environment.· Assist with various production activities and other duties as assigned.This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Manufacture experience. Minimum of 1-3 year or related experience preferred. Ability to read understand and execute work with detailed job instructions. Solid technical attributes. Excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Great organizational skills. Beginning Microsoft Office proficiency Word Excel Outlook etc.. Ability to multitask. Able to accomplish tasks without constant supervision. Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to pass a drug test and a background check. Monday to Friday shifts available Other shifts and positions are also available Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacture. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience working in an ITAR-regulated facility.
