HiFyve is hiring a Plastic Extrusion and Finishing Operator in the Manufacturing industry in Bridgeton, MO!
Salary: $22/hr
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Location: Bridgeton, MO
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion and finishing production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Follow detailed written work instructions and production procedures accurately.
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout the production process.
- Package finished products according to company standards and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections to identify quality issues and ensure product consistency.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Learn and operate proprietary continuous injection molding equipment through on-the-job training.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to complete on-the-job training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
