Machine Operator
Schedule: 3pm-1am
Pay: $19.50

In this vital role, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operation of die cutting and aerator equipment, playing a key part in our production process. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Set up and operate die cutting and aerator machinery to meet production specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine inspections.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Record production data accurately to track efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Required Skills:
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot die cutting and aerator equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Good problem-solving skills to quickly address machine issues.
  • Basic understanding of production processes and safety procedures.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with manufacturing machinery or in a similar production role.
