Schedule: Monday - Sunday, rotating 12hr shift

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of machine operation experience or equivalent technical background
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on motors, pumps, and valves preferred
• Basic computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Forklift-only experience is not sufficient for this position

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to maintain production goals
• Perform routine equipment adjustments and basic troubleshooting
• Use mechanical knowledge to assist with machine operation and performance
• Work with motors, pumps, valves, and other production equipment
• Utilize hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintain quality standards and follow production procedures
• Complete required production documentation
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
• Support general production and operational needs as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Machine Operator supports manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and helping maintain efficient workflows throughout the facility. This role combines technical ability with strong attention to detail and dependable work habits.

The Machine Operator works with manufacturing equipment, production schedules, and quality standards while supporting safe, productive operations. Mechanical aptitude and reliability contribute to long-term success.
