Staffing Synergies is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to safely operate a baler machine and process recyclable plastic and corrugated materials. Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed
What You'll Do
- Operate a baler machine to safely and efficiently compress plastic and corrugated waste materials.
- Produce neat, secure bales while following established procedures.
- Carefully hand-tie bale wires to secure finished bales.
- Complete baler reports accurately and maintain consistent production records.
- Operate a forklift safely when needed.
- Follow work instructions, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Keep the work area organized and handle equipment carefully.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team goals.
- Communicate attendance concerns to your supervisor and Human Resources.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and report hazards or equipment concerns.
