    Job Overview

    We are currently hiring full-time Machine Operators and Assembly Workers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a stable career with room for growth in both wages and responsibilities. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates. Must be willing to work first shift (6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) Monday thru Friday.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate machinery safely and efficiently
    • Assemble components according to specifications
    • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

    Skills Needed

    • Basic mechanical aptitude
    • Good hand-eye coordination
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Teamwork and collaboration

    Knowledge Required

    • Understanding of workplace safety practices
    • Familiarity with basic measurement tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers) is a plus
    • Awareness of manufacturing or assembly processes (preferred but not required)

    Ability to Implement

    • Learn and apply new skills quickly through hands-on training
    • Operate various machines safely after training
    • Accurately measure and inspect parts
    • Adapt to changing tasks and priorities
    • Work independently and as part of a team
