Join kdc/one, where some of the most iconic beauty and personal care brands in the world get their start.We're looking for an Machine Operator who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in a supportive manufacturing environment. If you like rolling up your sleeves and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to train you.

    What You'll DoIn this role, you'll learn how to operate and care for production equipment with support from experienced teammates. Day to day, you will:

    Operate fillers and labelers and help keep production running smoothlyLearn how to perform basic equipment adjustments and changeoversPerform equipment cleaning and rinsing processesAccurately enter product information into SAP and complete required documentationPartner with maintenance and production teammates on preventative tasksMonitor product quality, batch codes, and labeling to ensure everything meets standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaGrow your skills by training on additional tasks and occasionally supporting line leadership

    No need to know everything on day one - we provide training and ongoing support.

    What We're Looking For

    High School Diploma or GED preferredMechanical aptitude and interest in learning how equipment worksManufacturing or production experience is helpful but not requiredWillingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Strong communication and teamwork skillsComfort using basic computer systems (SAP or HMI experience is a plus, but we can train)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionallyAbility to stand for extended periods and work safely around active machineryWillingness to wear required PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toed shoes)
