Safely operate mechanical, manual, and automated manufacturing machinery to produce precision components.
Use basic gauges and measuring tools to conduct quality inspections on finished parts to ensure factory standards.
Load raw materials into production equipment and stage completed products for packaging and shipping.
Monitor machine operations closely, quickly flagging mechanical or production issues to shift supervisors.
Maintain clear, accurate production and quality control logs throughout each work shift.
Keep your work cell organized, clean, and compliant with all workplace safety regulations.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or mechanical trade environments is welcome, but entry-level candidates eager to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
Basic mechanical aptitude, strong hand-eye coordination, and a solid focus on work quality.
Dependable transportation, strong punctuality, and an excellent attendance track record.
Ability to work comfortably in an active industrial plant environment.
Ability to stand and move comfortably for up to 3 hours at a time.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Capability to perform routine bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting safely throughout the workday.
