Pay: $14.00 per hour


Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.


What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will be responsible for

  • Safely operate production machinery while strictly following safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Produce precision parts by following established procedures and specifications.
  • Perform basic quality inspections using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
  • Collaborate with the team to support process improvements that increase efficiency and quality.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing/production environment (prior experience is a plus).
  • Basic aptitude for quality checks and using measurement tools.
