Oxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time 3rd shift opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys working with production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Shift:
Sunday – Thursday
8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
- Conduct quality inspections and document production results
- Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support material handling and movement of products throughout production
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of manufacturing machine setup or machine operation experience
- Experience with roll tooling, welding systems, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
- Ability to perform quality inspections using basic measurement tools
- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
