  • Read and follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Accurately record production data and downtime information.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge of equipment and manufacturing processes.
 Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have previous machine operating, automotive technician or electrical experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn industrial equipment operation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and think critically.
  • Comfortable working with older machinery that requires hands-on adjustments and mechanical understanding.
  • Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and basic shop equipment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and walking.
