    Looking for hands‑on work and steady hours? Join FlexPack a division of Duraco Specialty Materials as a Machine Operator and build skills on specialized coating equipment. Experience operating or assisting with coating machines or manufacturing production preferred.
    What You’ll Do  
    • Set up and operate adhesive coating machines
    • Adjust speed, temperature, and adhesive flow
    • Load materials, take samples, and check quality
    • Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running
    • Work safely with a team in a clean environment
    What We’re Looking For
    • Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on mindset
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
    • Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn
    • Comfortable with physical work and being active
    Pay & Benefits
    •  $23 - $24.00/hour
