Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is seeking a Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Bolingbrook, IL!
This is a full-time opportunity on the 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
Operate automatic cable machines based on customer specifications
Learn to read cable blueprints, measurements, and color codes
Cut cable to custom lengths
Set up machines and adjust as needed
Perform quality control checks
Prepare completed orders for shipment
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Steel-toe boots required
Training is provided. Candidates hired for other shifts may be required to complete training on 1st Shift for up to three weeks.
